Competition Terms and Conditions

    This competition is conducted by Plaza Arcade.

    The competition starts on Wednesday 5th of March 2025 12:00am and ends on Sunday

    30th March 2025 11:59pm. Entries received outside this period will not be accepted.

    • Entry is open to individuals aged 18 years or older.
    • Employees of Plaza Arcade, participating retailers, and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.
    • No minimum spend required per transaction. Spend over $0.01 in a single transaction at ANY retailer within Plaza Arcade during the competition period.
    • Eligible stores: 7 Star Clothing Alterations, Arch Threading, Conti Deli, Finns Espresso, Gentleman’s Quarters Barber Shop, Kim Nails & Beauty, Outback Red, Plaza Cameras, The Jerky Co, Tick Tock Watch Repairs, Uniqlo Australia, Nespresso, Mazzucchelli’s, Oudamor Perfume, Zuma Originals, Sara Handmade, Arcade Massage, Microenterprise People, Raine Designs, Mothballs Vintage
    • When a winner is selected, they will be asked to show proof of purchase for the transaction between the competition period.
    • Retain your original receipt as proof of purchase.
    • If you do not have a receipt, a bank statement with correct date and store name is also acceptable.
    • You can enter either in-store with a purchase, or enter later online. Do not enter the same transaction both in-store and online – 1 transaction = 1 entry.
    • Submit your in-store entry by filling out the competition form available at most Plaza Arcade stores, attach your receipt, and hand back to store to keep in a safe place.
    • OR, Submit your online entry by completing the online competition form available at www.plazaarcade.com.au/spend-and-win + fill out the survey questions for extra entries.
    • Participants can enter as many times as they wish in seperate transactions.
    • One (1) winner will receive a $500 Nespresso voucher.
    • This voucher is subject to Nespresso terms and conditions and must be used before their expiry dates.
    • The winner will be drawn randomly from all eligible entries on Monday 31st March 2025.
    • The winner will be notified via phone within 48 hours.
    • If the winner cannot be contacted or fails to claim the prize within 7 days, a redraw will be conducted.
    • The Promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
    • Prizes are not transferable or redeemable for cash.
    • The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or submits an entry that is not in accordance with these terms and conditions.
    • Personal information collected will be used for the purpose of conducting the competition and will be handled in accordance with the Promoter’s privacy policy.
    • By providing your email you agree to receive marketing communications from Plaza Arcade.
    • The Promoter is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury sustained as a result of entering the competition or accepting the prize, except for liability that cannot be excluded by law.
    • The Promoter reserves the right to modify or cancel the competition if circumstances arise beyond its control.

    By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
